Questions and answers

How do I use the online tool?

Click on the link above. In the online tool, you can first answer a few optional questions. You will then be taken to a map of Luxembourg City, where you can indicate your idea or complaint. You can do this either by placing a marker or a line on the map, or by selecting an area.

How and when do I get feedback?

If you want to receive feedback, you need to enter your e-mail address in the online tool. We will then get back to you as soon as possible.

What will you do with my complaint or idea?

We are the largest opposition party in the capital’s municipal council. As such, we will raise the subject of your complaint or idea, for example, in the municipal advisory committees or the municipal council. In this way, we can put pressure on the College of Aldermen to improve the situation. We will then give you feedback and continue to follow up the matter.

I can’t or prefer not to use the online tool. Can I send you my idea or complaint in another way?
